David Doyle is the Sr. Director of Growth & Strategy for vTech Solution’s Federal division, where he leads the company’s federal growth strategy across Civilian and Defense agencies. With over 20 years of experience in the federal information technology and government consulting sectors, David brings a proven track record in advancing mission outcomes through cloud modernization, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data engineering, and intelligent automation.

Throughout his career, David has built and scaled high-performing business units, launched new entities and service offerings, and expanded portfolios in partnership with leading prime contractors and OEMs. He has driven significant revenue growth and has been recognized with multiple President’s Club awards for exceptional leadership, sales performance, and customer impact.

David is known for his consultative, mission-first approach and his ability to transform complex federal requirements into actionable strategies that deliver measurable value. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and building long-term customer partnerships – core attributes that align closely with vTech’s people-centric culture and commitment to innovation.

A native of the Washington, D.C. region, David grew up in a U.S. Air Force family and carries forward that sense of service and integrity in his work with national-security and federal-civilian communities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and resides in Northern Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
