Michael (Mike) Pereira joined vTech as Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Consulting. He began his professional career as an Account Manager at DISYS and later became Vice President of Level 5 Consulting LLC. He is extremely resourceful and has extensive experience working with both the federal government and Fortune 500 accounts. Here at vTech, he is responsible for improving the company’s market position, defining strategic goals, and acting as a liaison with vTech’s business partners & stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing its financial growth while managing a team of successful account managers. Michael has majored in Communications from George Mason University where he was a Division 1 scholarship athlete and has also worked as a Wrestling Coach at Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

Haresh Vataliya Founder & CEOHaresh Vataliya is the Co-Founder & CEO of vTech Solution, Inc. Haresh brings more than 15 years of IT industry experience to the company. He is responsible for the day-to-day business operations at vTech, overseeing the execution of vTech’s Client Services and Client Relationship teams and driving the company’s long-term strategy. Haresh started his career as a Software Engineer, where he designed, developed, integrated, and implemented enterprise-level information systems, managing a large team of resources. Prior to vTech, he had also served as Managing Director of FTI Consulting, where he executed and introduced value-added offerings to clients and worked on the development of competitive solutions. Haresh is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, holds Master in Information System Management.
Anisha Vataliya PresidentAnisha Vataliya joined vTech in 2009. She brings 15+ years of solid foundation in Financial Reporting with an emphasis on maximizing cost-effectiveness. She has managed to establish a balance between Business Strategy & Priorities and Operational Efficiency. With a hands-on experience of many years, she is grounded in her approach when converting business ideas into reality. Her vision and leadership are what set vTech apart. She is a highly motivated individual with strong competencies in formulating Business Directions, Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Driving Sales and Competitive Analysis & Action.
Soudeepya Chinni Business Process SpecialistSoudeepya joined vTech in 2015 with a background in Information Systems. She began her professional career in project management at the firm, and gradually assumed responsibilities in compliance management, assisting the company achieve its ISO 9001:2015 certification. With an extensive knowledge of Workforce Solutions and associated best practices, Soudeepya now oversees business development & business process operations for vTech. She imbibes the vision of the company and utilizes her organizational talent, critical thinking and program management skills towards developing and growing vTech.
Israt Shoily HR & Admin SpecialistIsrat Shoily has more than 21 years of experience in the field Human Resources and has worked with several established and well-known organizations. She started her career in the field of Human Resources atBATA Shoe Co. Ltd. She had also worked for 10+ years for the World Bank (IBRD), HR Division. In 2009, Ms. Shoily moved to the commercial sector by joining BRAC Bank Ltd.and was heading the Department of Human Capital Development. She joined the Underprivileged Children’s Educational Program (UCEP) as Director, Human Resources in 2012 and worked for 2.5 years before moving to the US in 2014. Ms. Shoily began her journey with vTech as an HR & Admin Specialist in 2015. She is a highly motivated, self-directed Human Resources professional with extensive experience of successfully managing a Human Resources Department, Pre-& Post Recruitment process, Employee Orientation and On-boarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Statutory Compliance and Grievance Management. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks and code of conduct in mutual interest of employer and employees.
