About Accessibility Statement
At vTech Solution, we believe in a world where anyone, anywhere, can transform their life by accessing the best learning experiences. This commitment includes ensuring that our website is accessible to individuals of all abilities. We strive to create an inclusive learner experience and empower our partners to produce accessible content. To achieve this, we undertake the following actions:
- We are committed to substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The vTech platform undergoes independent audits twice a year to assess compliance with these guidelines and ensure an accessible environment for all users. Additionally, we inspect and test platform changes for accessibility before implementation.
- We make this Accessibility Policy publicly available across key sections of the vTech website. This policy, along with additional accessibility resources (including guidance for creating accessible content and utilizing the platform’s accessibility features), is provided to vTech employees, learners, and content partners.
- We expect our content-creating partners to adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and offer them tools and resources to support the development of accessible content.
- We provide ongoing training on building accessible features and webpages for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
