| The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is seeking a qualified Senior Business Process Analyst with knowledge and experience in the areas of federal grants financial management, business process engineering and early child care provider management systems at the state education level. The Senior Business Process Analyst must have experience with the development and deployment of .Net products. The Senior Business Process Analyst (BA) will expand on the existing assessment and lead focus group sessions with the business units to gather the requirements necessary to develop the System Requirements Specification (SRS) and of the Early Child Care Subsidy Management System. The result will be the development of the (SRS) and use cases for the Early Child Care Subsidy System for use by the development team. The BA will work with the development team and lead the efforts of other BAs on the project. |
